Cooper is an 4 year old beagle/cocker spaniel mix who currently weighs 25 pounds.  Cooper was given up by his family after they moved into housing where dogs were not allowed.  Cooper has been doing well at the rescue and gets along well with other dogs.  We are not sure how he would do with cats or children.  Cooper now is looking for another family who will commit to him, this time for the rest of his life.  If you would like to meet Cooper,  please go to our website www.stpacossecondchancedogrescue.org to submit an application.  Cooper is up to date on all vaccines, is neutered and microchipped.  His adoption fee is $250.
