Willow, born approximately 7-30-16, is a Lab/Border Collie mix who currently weighs 17 pounds.  Willow was rescued from an abandoned house in Tijuana, Mexico and placed in a rescue in Puerto Nuevo, Mexico.  She is black with white accents and is very pretty.  If you would like to meet Willow,  please go to our website www.stpacossecondchancedogrescue.org to submit an application.  Willow will be up to date on all vaccines, be spayed and microchipped by the time her adoption is complete.  Her adoption fee is $350.
