Spencer is a 4 month old Chihuahua/Terrier mix who currently weighs 5 pounds.  His estimated DOB is 11-15-17.  Spencer was rescued in Rosarito, Mexico and taken to a rescue in Puerto Nuevo, Mexico where he has thrived.  Spencer is a little fluff ball and oh so cute.  He is now ready to find his permanent home and he will make some family a wonderful companion.   If you would like to meet Spencer,  please go to our website www.stpacossecondchancedogrescue.org to submit an application.  Spencer will be up to date on all vaccines, will be neutered and micro chipped by the time his adoption is final.  His adoption fee is $350.
