Bertha will be attending the event at PetSmart in Beaverton on Saturday, September 9, 2023 from 10 AM to 3 PM and Sunday, September 10, 2023 from 11 AM to 4 PM.  You can also get pre-approved by submitting an online application at woofsandwagsdogrescue.rescuegroups.org.
