Meet Scamper a party of 5 that were abandoned in the streets with their mother in Tijuana.  Currently, Scamper weighs 3.5 lbs has a wiry coat of a terrier and a body of a Dachshund.  With a birth date of 4/25/14. He has a coat that is tan and black. Loves to play with his brothers, toys and chases balls.
