Snicker was found on the streets of Tijuana, along with his brother Oliver, by a woman who currently is fostering both of them.  Snicker is a chihuahua mix and weighs 10 pounds.  He is very playful, loves to sit on his human's lap and is paper trained.  Snicker also gets along well with other dogs.  Snicker had a rough start in life but now is ready to find his forever home and would love a family who can shower him with love and attention.   He is up to date on his vaccines, neutered and microchipped.  If you would like to meet Snicker, please go to our website www.stpacossecondchancedogrescue.org to submit an application.  Snicker's adoption fee is $250.00
